Our pharmacists answer questions on WhatsApp and by phone, seven days a week, at no charge. Ask us anything about a medicine, a condition, or whether you need to see a prescriber at all.

Is this the right medicine for me?
We check what you have been given against your other medicines, your allergies and what you are treating.
How do I give this to my child?
Children's doses depend on weight. Tell us the age and weight and we work it out, and show you how to measure it.
Can I take these together?
Interactions between prescription medicines, over-the-counter products, herbal medicines and supplements.
Is there a cheaper version?
Often, yes. A registered generic has the same active ingredient at a lower price. We will tell you plainly when it is a good swap.
Should I see a prescriber?
Some symptoms should not be self-treated. We will say so plainly and tell you where to go.
Family planning and contraception
We do not provide contraception. We will direct you to a midwife, doctor or family planning clinic near you.
