Report a side effect, from any medicine.
Every medicine can cause side effects, whether it is herbal, a supplement or a prescription drug, and whether you bought it from us or elsewhere. Your report goes to our pharmacovigilance officer, is reviewed by a pharmacist and, where required, is forwarded to the regulator. You do not need to be sure the medicine caused it.

If it is serious
Difficulty breathing, swelling of the face or throat, a severe rash, fainting or confusion need urgent care. Go to the nearest hospital or call for help first, and report to us afterwards.
What we do with your report
Our Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance logs it, assesses it and forwards it to the regulator where required. Your details are kept confidential and used only to follow up on the report.
